Jose Guadalupe Balli, (aka, Karatejoe) born in 1941 in Donna, Texas. He is a Master in Martial Arts and holds the rank of 8th Nanadan (8th degree blackbelt), Soryu Karatedoh of Japan. He has trained hundreds of students through Private schools, Austin Community Schools, and Law Inforcement in street defense. He has three children and five grandchildren. He is retired and devotes his time to helping family members as Secretary of the Balli Family heritage.
